Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. This means that when you place an order, we print it specifically for you!

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days after the item has been produced.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Items Shipped Separately
If you order a shower curtain and a bath mat, they may arrive in separate packages depending on our production flow. Don't worry—you will receive tracking numbers for each package.

5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@quiethomecreations.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right!
